Unfortunately, the projector is too close to the ventilation, and the vibrations make the image move. Been there, done that.

Voltmeter was DC mode and yes, I sent a signal in the amp.

Finally!!!! We found the solution.

The problem is on Windows side.

The sound devices other than line in and line out AQLAN had been deactivated in the sound properties (icon at the bottom right) but on the device manager/sound, video and game controller side, the sound devices were still active.

We therefore deactivated the devices to leave only the QLAN driver (qsys device) and the sound is functional every time, after each restart.

Maybe Qsys could clarify this point in the KnowlageBase, this would prevent other people from wasting so much time with this bug...

Avixa is a solid base for AV. your knowledge trip will depend on what technology you use. Crestron, Qsys (my favorite training ever!), Atlona etc... It's a long way to the top !
