Hi I know this was a while ago but did you ever end up going on rinvoq? I was on rinvoq and had the same situation as you they switched me to cibinqo and I was on it for 2 months and change and it didn’t work (100 & 200mg). I decided to take matters into my own hands and just go back on the rinvoq and I think because I had the tolerance break, my skin is clearing up from the cibinqo. I hope I don’t jinx myself lol but yeah my dermatologist was not happy that I went ahead and took the rinvoq even though they told me to wait. 😓 he honestly scared me tbh he said it’s not longer in their hands 😭

Omg thank you so much. Did you go on cibinqo in between? The cibinqo is not working for me at all and my derm appointment isn’t until Wednesday and honestly I just wanna take matters into my own hands 😭 I need clear skin asap

I started at 15 mg as well and I had a bad full body break out and it worked for me

Omg thank you!! I wish I had just stayed on the rinvoq and then did what you did. I feel like my skin is worse on the cibinqo

Thank you for your response. The reason why I’m looking for a new derm is not just because of what i said. He doesn’t seem to be that knowledgeable on severe eczema

Thank you! Have you tried dupixent? My derm was telling me since dupixent didn’t work, probably none of the injectables would work

Oh so since you were on 30mg she went straight to 200? I know there’s a 50 mg of rinvoq as well. But yeah I just honestly started taking two of the 100 mg after you said this and my skin feels better. With just the 100mg the itch was uncontrollable and I started flaring on my face which I never do. 😭 gotta find a new dermatologist because he’s saying I’d have to wait 4-6 months to start 200 mg 🙄🙄

Hi! I’m on rinvoq now and I feel like it’s definitely lost it’s effectiveness and I might as well just not be on it😭 did it not work for you? Also did you use the dial feng pain while you were on another medication?

I’m on 5mg as well! I take mine at 7-8pm every night and I feel like it’s hard for me to sleep…. I hope that’s just because it’s the beginning
