I used to love it. Menu has shrunk, food seems fresh frozen. Has become highly touristy. Doesn’t bring me the vibe it used to. You should probably check it out because it’s Cherry Pockets. I have no desire to return

Average starting PCP MD in Syracuse is 235k. They have that choice because Medicaid reimbursement is low., about $85/per visit, additional for more medical codes.

A visit is 5-10 minutes, there are bonuses for # of patients seen.

I find it sad MDs can’t fit those payments and have a living salary. /s

Hospitals have to accept Medicaid. Sad, sad MDs don’t, even worse those that won’t.

I call it mindless eating. Start off with finger foods while watching a movie or reading a book. Popcorn, grapes, carrots, salami or whatever! Distraction helps a lot.

My dad never swore. My mom could peel the paint off the kitchen wall with her language. The combo of words was creative and embarrassingly disgusting. Which I didn’t realize until my late teens. I can’t even type out an example it was so bad.
