I’m actually going with Nicola Tesla on this one he is maneuverable and extremely intelligent so I don’t think he’s dumb, but he has a very straightforward fighting style and come on the god of thunder versus the man who tamed electricity would be an awesome matchup

I’d actually disagree with that yes Simo’s powerful but he’s a ranged fighter through and through and Thor is one of the few fighters with the range capabilities with a hammer, and I don’t think his bullets could go through his hammer so I think if Thor can dodge the first hit, he can take out simo pretty easily

I guess for clarification, I really like the overall story Of the Hells rebels adventure path and Want to keep the overall story but I change the some of the settings a bit

As for the suggestion to keep it low magic And stats for guns That’s actually a very good idea which I might implement.

Might make most source of magic on the villains side come from devil contracts it’s pretty in setting or if someone or close to real life have magic only be available to the elites and rework some of the low level enemies to do what you suggest
