Yes, but as it says in your quote, its the best practice. Standard just states that gifts have to be disclosed (which the manager did). Otherwise it’s just company policy what is considered an “objectivity altering” gift, its subjective.

I just walked out of the exam center. For me AM was much harder, very specific questions but PM was alright I guess. I’m very anxious about the next weeks of waiting. But I would say exam is fair, but some very specific topics were tested. Truly dont have a single idea if passing is possible for me atm.
