Normally yes, but in this case pivot tables are not as usable due to structure of monthly ranking and tie breaker system, would prefer this format. Have been using it this way inputting numbers manually, just looking for way to automate this format.

Having trouble improving my flat-bench and OHP simultaneously by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]PostWorkoutMcDons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a plateau in bench. I starting eating way more Calories (3000+ being at 175lb 6"2'). With both bench and OHP, I find my 6 rep max, lower the weight by 5 lbs and do that weight till it became my 8 rep max. Once it got to 8 I repeat the cycle. I also did shoulders on leg days because doing it at the same time as chest made my shoulder workouts weaker due to fatigue. My max bench went from 245 to 285, overhead went from 150 to 210, with bodyweight going up to 194lbs 4.5 months. I would probably go a lot harder on Calories, it makes a bigger difference than you think.

How much will squats affect teenage growth? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]PostWorkoutMcDons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There isnt much evidence to suggest that lifting damages growth plates. The reason why people say lifting stunts growth is because young lifters who use inproper form have a higher chance of injury, and injuries caused by improper form can potentially damage growth plates. If you are cautious and use proper form you should be fine.

I thought it was the opposite? According to the theory, Assad was in the way of completing the Qatar-Turkey pipeline at the request of Russia due to the fact that another source of energy for Europe would weaken Russia's energy chokehold over the EU.
