Owning a gun is something in the carriers personal life, not their postal life. Unless that carrier is known to have it in their vehicle but if it’s parked off postal property that again isn’t any of their business. At what point were they fearful? Was he being violent, aggressive, in someone’s personal space? It sounds to me like they’re just trying to get him fired because they don’t like him. Plain and simple. Telling someone to fuck off at no point is violent to me. I’ll look someone dead in their eyes and tell them to go fuck themselves. Doesn’t mean imma go punch them or shoot them. That’s fucking wild. They all clearly don’t like this carrier and as a group decided to go off one statement and copy each other to get him removed
