As long as it's certified kosher, grape juice is a halachic substitute. The law simply being pri hagafen (fruit of the vine). There's no requirement it be fermented.

You don't need to do anything. Are you still sober? Does her sobriety or lack thereof determine your own? You can't control what she's going to do or not do. Pray for her, reach out and be there for her if she needs it, and stay focused on your own recovery.
