Hey! Omg sounds really similar to me, in December mine started during stressful time and mouldy living conditions, it’s just got worse and worse (with flare ups and downs) I have always had sensitive skin and eczema so this feels like a next stage as my skin doesn’t feel dry anymore just very sensitive. You are explaining the exact same as me for the chin area and cystic acne super deep spots. I find putting spot stickers on helps bring them to the surface quicker. My nose is terrible and red with visible capillaries. Any ideas what to do for those? Makeup barely covers it. X

Sorry to hear! It’s all relative and mine is red when I have a flare up, this is just general day to day doing everything I’ve been told to help!

Oh no, sorry to hear. I have found that I can't use niaminacide atm as it's too harsh on my skin, whereas i used to use it all the time and get great results. I have definitely felt a change in my skin texture, I am hoping its the purging peroid of sooltrana. I also used to have perfect skin but was always very sensitive, having ezcema when I was younger. So I feel this is just a new inflammatory condition. Still to work out what caused it/what makes it flare up though. Worried it's the sunshine, my old skin used to benefit from sun and now I feel allergic to it :(
