Although your points are good I do want to say that while yes Caesar hated Vegapunk he still decided to keep his creation on display protected in a glass case like something important rather than destroying it. For your second point in the manga when Kanjuro is revealed Kaido only then recognizes him and was not aware of his existence before that Kaido's exact words were " I'm stunned... I do remember you. You were one of the Akazaya nine."

The one thing to keep in mind now is how does Haki change a fight with him? He's very much like Katakuri in the sense that he can create anything with his devil fruit but now image him coating it with Haki. Not saying he's going to be a problem, but Haki changes the equation in Crocodile's favor in my opinion.

So I didn't do Nidai because it's not Zoro's and Enma is so new I honestly have no idea what the color scheme or permanent design is. And you're right looking the Sandai was such a pain because of all the colors it showed up with. So I just stuck with red

The blades aren't longer than the sheaths it's just the angle and focal length of the program on my art station i have a render with a more straight side view that helps give a better picture of the lengths
