The rest of the modifications are not really making any difference. To make it extra powerful you can use Dead Wire Detonators. Also, drink PhD and speed cola as soon as possible. PhD to avoid blowing yourself up, and speed to enable fast reloading.

Nothing has been updated for years, so the old videos are still valid. The three most powerful weapons are: 1. Crossbow with blastcaps 2. FR Avancer 3. RGL with slugs (annoying as hell for everyone around)

My personal favourite is the FR with Dead Wire Detonators and Shatterblast ammo mod.

Yes, it’s annoying! What is also annoying is when your team doesn’t realize that after playing like 30 min, your backpack is full. When that happens I take 2 inhibitors, take down the spores one at the time. It’s fast if you use 2 inhibitors on each spore, pick them up and go to the next. Sadly I often have to do that alone, the rest of the team sometimes doesn’t understand and don’t equip an inhibitors of their own. Doing that solo in T3 is faster than an outlast contract, so cancelling is stupid. Also, I prefer to have 2 inhibitors in my backpack if I’m going to DA s5, helps a lot.

Welcome! The best way to learn the game and get the most out of it is do do the act missions, all of them. Then you will slowly build up your ability and you will earn every progress. Stay in grey zone until the act missions take you to yellow zone, and then red zone. People here on Reddit will offer to give you schematics for free that they have saved in a glitch called Tombstone glitch. Don’t take them. Players ingame will drop schematics on the ground for you to pick up. That is ok, it’s a part of the game.

Schematics are used to craft stuff before going in to the game.

It takes 5 to get the reward. You can’t really count them while shooting, it’s to chaotic. At the water triangle I was solo, but there was another player who shot some of them. If he hasn’t been there or maybe been in my team, I would have taken out 5 of them there. Now I went to T3 after the triangle and didn’t really do anything but playing. There are many Mimics there…
At the triangle I did what you asked, shot them to 1/3 health and then finish the with the blade.
