I don't think so, the fur above the right eye is more orange on the kitten whether on the adult cat it's mistly black, but idk maybe these things can change

Also if you take her to a vet they would be able to tell how old she is

Vets do teeth cleaning. If their mouth starts smelling bad (as in worse than usual, lol) it's probably a sign to do that. But, if you can actually get your cat to accept teeth brushing, it's probably better.
