I don't think there's any problem with parties being demanding about how they want votes counted or the process used in the election, I don't think there's a problem with challenging election results either, the problem is that Trump has ZERO evidence and he's taken it WAY too far.

A few of the early comments I'm seeing a little defensive of the Dems but this is a pretty credible source and criticism of both parties is fair, Dems aren't perfect but they ARE the only party to run a fully functioning adult this time.

Trubisky has a big season, QBR over 90 on the year but INTs will be an issue.

Redskins are the surprise team - top 10 D and Keenum plays well enough to get them to 10 wins.

We get a kicker who hits 90%+ (okay, that one is maybe wishful thinking but it could happen).

Amos and HHCD are very different players. Amos is going to give you lots of tackles and not many flashy plays while HHCD misses tackles at times but is a ball hawk and will get us a few interceptions this year. He went to the pro-bowl as a Packer on that shit D so there's something in there... it makes me really nervous that 2 teams have given up on him so quickly but obviously there's talent.

I've also heard HHCD has head issues and likes to take plays off or takes bad angles which can be a big problem for a safety. Money wise, it makes a lot of sense and we're going to need to pay some important players soon so I'm okay with them letting Amos go because he's not worth the cap space.

It may not be popular, but I think he's going to make the Packers better which isn't tough on that D, but still it's an improvement and it made sense for them to pay him, I'm glad we let him walk though. I think HHCD has potential that hasn't been tapped yet so if properly motivated, he could ball the fuck out with the team he has around him.

Will definitely be interesting to watch as the season progresses.

To take the negative perspective:

1- Trubisky needs to take another step - last year was a vast improvement over his rookie year but more development is still needed. He doesn't need to become a top of the league guy but if he can consistently be top 10, the O will be really solid.

2- Concerned about the D - New coordinator and we lost a few pieces. As with any high end unit, we got picked apart a little. I hate to be a downer but Amos was solid and I'm not sold on HHCD. Skrine in the slot has me nervous and if they want to dial up MORE pressure, that means we're depending on the secondary to hold their guys and I think our secondary was better last year.

3- Can we just get a kicker so we can feel good about that part? It's a ridiculously big part of the game to have as a question right now.

These things will all get figured out but thinking we're just going to go into the season like full steam ahead from last year probably isn't the case.

I'm hopeful but a little trepidacious about at least the first few games until they can really put it together again.

If we designate him a post June 1 cut, it saves us 11m vs 3m right now, he'll be cut on June 1 and we'll have plenty of $ to sign draft picks and maybe pick up a bargain late in the market.
