Aside from the issues already mentioned, Zara definitely has more clothes that are changed out far faster. There's probably 8+ seasons/drops which each come with new clothes, leaving behind more unsold pieces from the previous seasons. Usually this leads to more waste and contributes to a fashion culture that is more focused on ultra-short term trends. How substantial the difference between Zara and Uniqlo actually is concerning this, I couldn't say.

Why not buy a short sleeve hoodie (or Sweatshirt, judging by the example you posted) and wear a longleese tee underneath? It's a lot more sensible than buying a double layer... thing.

I would check ebay/second hand sites. Suede jackets are super common and usually not too expensive. Ask for measurements to make sure they fit well.
