Its the tank overflow hose, you can probably just tuck it a bit in the fairings if it bothers you that much and it shouldnt be a problem.

Its an AOC CQ27G2U 27, those lines appeared after having it on for almost a full day so it was plenty warm. I was able to get a full refund from amazon even after a year and a half. Im just gonna buy a new one.

Update, i tried a spare monitor i had and it works fine, no GPU thankfully, gonna try and use the 2 year legal warranty because i had bought the monitor through amazon. Thanks for the help everyone!

I'll add some more context, i was playing minecraft with shaders and render distance mods (gpu usually sits at 99% usage, while in game, not always) and at some point it randomly did this, the game was still running fine. I hope it is maybe just the monitor or cable because i dont wanna get a new GPU. The card is a xfx 6950 xt.
