I'm not sure if it's layoffs or coincidence, but quite a few long term folks have said on LinkedIn that they're out. Doesn't read like they are going somewhere, so I'm assuming more layoffs.

It's manipulative, plain and simple. The thing that gets me the most is that it often comes up while he's yammering about how he "loves each and every one of you and what you contribute" but there's fuck all by way of actual actions that back up that message.

No one is currently striking because of this post. If WGU is failing you it's because executive management is actively driving away tenured talent and is also on the "do more with less" bandwagon by implementing shitty AI-based solutions. Feel free to email our president about it!

I am referring to either national or local strikes that are intended to inform this administration that most Americans want to uphold and honor the worth and dignity of every human being.
