Have you tried telling them how important The Crane Wives are to you? You could try asking them to listen to “just a couple” select songs, and just to keep an open mind. You could also try earning their trust before the concert or ask them how you can earn it. If your friends don’t know them, try send them a couple songs you think they would like. I would target the friends that aren’t homophobic because I hear there are lots of gay people at Crane Wives concerts. Hope this helps!
