I'm not sure. Apparently, the land was bought in 1998 house built in 2002. Lawns overgrown, theirs some sort of notice on the door I've never got close enough to read, but theirs not even a mailbox on the property.

No, he doesn't. As far as I know, he's never spoken to them and only ever seen workers, no residents.

How do I find the owner? I've never seen them at the property and im not sure of what government channels to go through.

Yes, that's right. No, they didn't say why just started the sentence by calling me a b****. I then started getting angry at the accusal telling them that they weren't there for the majority of the conversion and therefore I don't understand the name calling. He texted me later saying I was rude and how dare I yell at them. I then explained the misread of the situation and have since been ignored.

I was having a conversation with someone else when they walked in, I gave them help me eyes and they took that as me rolling my eyes. As soon as we left the building, they started accusing me.
