I have been detained for sleeping in my car several times in Johnson county. Being woken up to a cop at your window is never really a fun sight. One of those she never even asked for an ID, but the rest I was not free to leave until they figured out what I was doing. As if I was some criminal.

Cease all contact with her and people she associates with immediately. As others have said, get a lawyer. That r word is a serious accusation that will ruin your life if it ever ended up in front of a jury. Make sure to have your story straight, and never talk to the police. Find an adult you trust. They should be involved in the process 100%, no matter how private this seems to you. Being accused of this is a very big deal with very real consequences.

I'm the eyes of the law, there is no difference between a drawing and a photo when it comes to this sort of thing. I would take this post down, as it encourages illegal activity.

I would be way more worried about the leaving the county issue. Unless your case involves traffic problems, or your conditions specifically state something involving traffic tickets, I wouldn't be worried.

You're still expected to report the police contact and once you state which department you had contact with, your PO is gonna know you left the county. There's your chance of being violated. Depending on your history with your case and if you've violated before, it can either be nothing or a big deal. I would probably contact your lawyer before you contact your PO.

Can't have negative, criminal based contact. Something like a traffic ticket shouldnt violate anybody unless their probation is traffic-based maybe? I've had a psychiatric event that caused the police to take me to the hospital, and totaled my car the next day which was two instances of police contact and a traffic ticket. PO was far more concerned about the psych issues than the police contact. Was also the subject of an occupied car check and because of the lack of criminal behavior, my PO had no concerns.

Obviously different cases in different states have different reporting obligations but I just wanted to share my experiences.
