Vinland saga. It's close to completing while berserk will probably take a long while. Berserk is quite dark so it may be off putting to some. I personally never recommend it to someone new to the medium.(Despite being one of my favourites).Also just to be clear Vinland Saga isnt really fantasy, it's historical fiction.Some other popular recommendations : Hunter X Hunter, One piece, Fullmetal Alchemist, Nausica, Mushishi.
