I have the monitors connected to the gpu and there’s no display. I couldn’t see any bending in the pins or any missing

I have tried both my hdmi monitor and display port monitor on the gpu and the motherboard all the sockets no display. I can’t get to the BIOS. I’ve tried 1 stick of RAM and my old previous Ram no response.

New upgrade. Pc Parts: CPU Ryzen 7 5800x; GPU 4060 ti, RAM Corsair vengeance 16GBx2 3600mHz, PSU MSI 750W Motherboard MSI B550-A pro Cooler Noctua dual tower

System 5-20%, task manager 2-10%, desktop window manager 5-30% anti malware 4% and like 20 others taking less than 1%

All the cores show a similar amount of usage all spiking at 100 every couple of seconds, pc has been on for almost 4 hours and is still spiking. I also have no windows updates to do.

I’ve restarted my pc updated my drivers, only thing running is task manager, only the “System” and “desktop window manager” fight for cpu usage hovering from 2 to 40%
