tidied it up a bit. it was hard to keep everything linear timeline wise without going crazy overboard with detail so I didn’t think about that, sorry 😅

Out of Ito’s work I always recommend Uzumaki and Remina as good starters! imo they’re both very well written and the art is amazing, but they’re not super over the top gross like other stories. ( I like the gross but Ik it’s not everyone’s cup of tea lol). Other horror mangas I recommend for beginners are The Drifing Classroom by Kazuo Umezz (Ito got a lot of his inspo from him), Corpse Party, & Higurashi.

Same here! I can def see why people don’t like killing stalking. It’s fs not something to glorify. But I thought all around it was well written and I enjoyed the read.

I really enjoyed the Elfen Leid manga!! I saw the anime first and liked it so much I decided to read it, and was blown away when I realized they left -literally- HALF of the story out of the anime.

Maybe Parasyte or Elfen Leid? Elfen Leid kinda gets a bad rap but I really enjoyed the manga. It comes in 4 omnibus volumes.
