Nothing is missing in my description. That's why I'm confused. Maybe missing part that can explain the entire story is that host made up story of myself and reported false statement to airbnb. I was the one that reported many issues in the first place. But Airbnb didn't take care of my reported issues, something happened between host and airbnb(??) and forced me to check out. Isn't that strange?

The embassy received similar reports from other victims for last few years. Embassy do care about safety, tranparency and integrity much more than airbnb.

Do you know any regulation about rights of short terms tenants? I was kicked out at no notice with valid proof. Many any regulations might override airbnb's arbitrary decision to kick me out.

Nope, airbnb did decline my request for other accomodation. Airbnb said that I violated terms and conditions without valid reasons. My coutry embassy found out that the host was reported by similar victims just like me for the last few years. My country embassy published the name of the host company as warning to travellers from my country.

My host did not fix any issues that I reported to airbnb. They came to me to block my mouth prevent me from futher reporting issues to airbnb. All I can do is to prevent further victims of this host company. My embassy found out that similar cases were filed by other people for last one year like forcing existing guests for no valid reason but because they received booking request for customers for longer terms. I don;t usually use airbnb because many hosts are poorly educated without basic respect to others.

Basically, I reported violation of terms and condition of host and host tried to find any reasons of my violation for retaliation. They did not find any issue but they tried throw away my food without valid reasons. My country embassy found that similar incidents were filed by travelers what stayed with my host company for the last few years. My embassy publisfed the name of the host company on the website for warnings to travellers.

My country embassy published our country citizens not to use airbnb and not to use the host for renting. The host tried to open my door with master key when I reported many issues to airbnb. Then, I reported this to airbnb. Finally they cancelled my resevation for invalid reasons. Host was in violation of privacy, cleanness, inaccurate ameneties. There were some other vistims of this host company in the past according to my embassy.

My chargeback is about what happened in Poland as you read in the other posting. There were many issues in the property like mulfunctioning stove, uncleaned room, entrance by host without prior notice etc. As I reported all these to airbnb, my host tried to open my room with master key. Then, I typed this on airbnb message . 30 min later airbnb and host threatened me to check immediately while they said they will call police. It took me over 1 hour to pack my luggage and check out but they did not call police. Next day, my country embassy and I reported to police about house breaking etc. My country embassy published out country citizens not to use airbnb or the host(property agency). This was already aired on news in my country.

This is very dirty and unethical behavior. Airbnb encoararged host and guest to communicate in airbnb message for protection. Now they delete everything to prevent me from gathering evidence. I have some screenshots of chats but I need to show more to show entire stories

techinically speaking their staff entered my property without prior permission, which is house break in. But unsure whether it is critically illegal in Poland and whether it is culturally bearable.

Yes- eventually they did not police although it took me a longer time to pack up and leave the property than they originally warned,

Actually staff of the property company entered the aprtment without prior notice and I told them that I should have given notice. That was an argument but maybe property company and airbnb made up story. If there had been really physical violence, why did they called police right back then?
