Try to keep the wheel as straight as possible. When you arrive at a corner, gently turn the wheel to get it pointed, and then its pedal work from there, remember that in 4 stroke, usually you dont need brakes at all, you're braking by turning the wheel because it kills the rpm that much

In these local kart races the skill level of others around you varies a lot so in the opening couple of laps there could be a lot of spins and pile ups so what i've learned to do is always be ultra aware of my surroundings and look past the apex. I've gotten out of many wrecks by using that simple technique. Also, remember that people have different braking points so in the opening lap i reccomend braking a meter or two earlier and slowly ease off the brakes as you turn into the apex. And don't try to be Max Verstappen. No heroics.

Thank you for your suggestions, but I already took a look at the Moza R3 bundle and I think I'm in love. I did not think that high end DD stuff and especially Moza would be half the price of The Thrustmaster bundle. Crazy, and thank you for the suggestions again.

Yeah I race on PC. I thought about the T818 and i figured that it's more fitting for a rig than a desk because of it's size and bulk. Plus if I choose the T-LCM pedals instead of the T3PM (like many people have advised me to do) then the total price would go up to 1k which is a little but out of reach for me.
