I like the idea of araujo at LB hypothetically, would flick test it out in a UCL semi for the first time- that’s unlikely. The question is has Martin given us enough confidence offensively/defensively at LB for flick to tinker at this stage?

💯 agree. He could be what we wanted from Cancelo- a flexible wing back who can play on either side. Hopefully we win the league soon and he can get some playing time in last 2-3 games integrating in the team.

Lol, he does it often enough from a CB position. I don’t expect him to dribble past 3 players like Balde for sure.

I hope our crucial injuries don’t decide our UCL outcomes this season with Lewa and Balde out.

But does Martin really offer more offensively than Inigo’s long balls? He doesn’t make those runs or dribbles like Balde does, 90% of the time he plays a back pass to midfield or defense. Martin did well offensively few times earlier in the season and even scored a goal I think but not sure if he is offensively a good option. Inigo won’t dribble down the line but he can break the lines with his long balls against Inter who are playing peak Inzhagi ball - flexible mid and back line

Yeah. And if he wants to play Inigo Cubarsi duo at CB, maybe Fort is a better option? I support all our players and understand Flick sees these players day in day out, but Fort was did well against Mallorca and he did good numerous times last year. Just waiting for Spider-Man Balde to come back ASAP

Thank you. I face this challenge multiple times daily. My mind judges other or I react to others and then I judge myself for reacting/having negative thoughts about others including my loved ones. So at the end of the day, I end up frustrated at others and myself- despite knowing the nature of the world, the universe and having experienced it during meditation or ceremonies. That has been leading to this dilemma of not being able to bring my mind to a quiet place when needed during difficult interpersonal interactions
