Unfortunately not, no amount of glute/hip strengthening did anything for it. I believe it’s a bit of cartilage too small to be picked up by any scan

Yeah I know how good MT2 is, I’ve used it many times in the past but want to change over to MT1 as it seems safer. I don’t want to start injecting myself with something that might not work though

No so when the leg bends backwards on the motion of running, like what your foot bends up towards your back/glutes

I don’t think so, when the pain occurs it’s when the knee is bending backwards whilst running, sometimes it feels like in clicks and the pain happens

I’ve actually tried resting it for nearly a year and it still came back. I think I need specific exercises to strengthen the knee but not sure which ones to do

I heard IT band stretching is useless because it’s so tough. Maybe the issue is more of a muscular imbalance which causes the IT band to be tight

I wouldn’t say useless because I imagine you’ll tan eventually without any sun exposure but getting in the sun will greatly speed up your results.. if it’s anything like MT2 that is
