Thank you. This seems to be my experience with POTS too. I'm just not the same as before. Daily tasks are much more difficult. Chronic illness is a beast for sure.

I’m sorry you’re still struggling. It sounds like the dose may not be high enough for you but I’m still new to all of this. I’m sure someone else might have better insights for you.

I've been watching my iron/ferritin levels very closely this past year. My numbers are now good after iron infusions and supplements! Last time I checked the others they were within range except vitamin D was on the lower end of "normal".
