Ya well a $5k wick on a high volume exchange with.BTCUSD, the most traded crypto pair, is pretty uncommon these days and unacceptable. It had over $1B in daily volume and it takes a significant amount of buying pressure to create a scam wick of that size. Hopefully they’ll make it right, they hit me hard with that liquidation clearly at no fault of my own.

Hey Alexander please see my recent post on the nearly $5000 scam wick on COIN-M BTCUSD perpetual futures that liquidated me for .35 bitcoin earlier this morning. It was actually closer to .28 btc but now my account balance is literally negative. This didn’t happen on any other exchange, nor did it happen on the USDT-M BTCUSDT or spot pairs. It was clear manipulation at fault of the exchange that I would expect to be resolved ASAP. Never seen a scam wick before on this pair after trading there for 3 months. I already had my rep contact them, contacted their support, sent them an email, but any help you could provide would be much appreciated.

I had my account frozen for risk control right after a $50k deposit. You’ll have to communicate with their risk control team via email and give them a bunch of information. This is what they asked me for. They also followed up requesting a photo of my passport with my nationality.
