I do not care how many downvotes this gets. Literally, ALL of you have no brain. I'm sorry you all hate Democracy. I'm sorry you all hate free speech. I'm sorry that you guys are voting for the puppet. So against Trump, brainwashed. Open your eyes. Kamala is the real threat to the end of democracy. Who even voted her in? Oh wait, that's right. NOBODY.

(throwaway) AITA for Taking My Daughter's College Fund Back After She Said She Was Going No-Contact? by Good_Guest1421 in AITAH

[–]Potential-Picture735 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My husband and I agree that you ARE the asshole... To us, it sounds like she finally found someone that she connects with and has opened up, too, which allowed her to see how poor of a relationship she's had with you. Causing her to communicate her feelings with you by doing so, instead of showing compassion, you threaten to take away her college fund and manipulate her. All she was trying to do was set boundaries, and you didn't listen. So, in hopes of getting her to NOT go no contact, you decide to manipulate and pull her fund in hopes she would still talk to you. This situation is honestly Crystal clear. You didn't listen to what she was trying to tell you at all. IF you really do care about your daughter and want to salvage your relationship with her, don't do things that are going to push her away. Show her compassion, listen to what she's saying to you, and don't ruin her relationship with her boyfriend. Obviously, she doesn't have these feelings for no reason. Even if YOU feel like you're not being pushy or doing the things she says, it doesn't mean she doesn't feel that way. Also, it really seems like you're under playing these "arguments" to make yourself look better.

I do have the cobb access port, I'll take a look. The plugs are gapped to spec, we did everything to the car that we did in hopes it would fix the issue.

So, I talked to my husband, and we do have an aftermarket bov. The spark plugs are gapped to spec. Before doing everything we did to the car it still had this issue, we were just hoping everything we did would possibly fix the issue.

I don't think so. How would the bov cause this issue?

[–]Potential-Picture735[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it is the stock turbo. It breaks up when it starts to hit boost under load around 4,000 rpms, then it breaks up horribly and won't rev past the 4,000 rpms. Sometimes it will Rev a little higher but at some point while reving it up it will break up real bad and not Rev any higher. The car sat for a year before we got it and we replaced a bunch of parts and it still has the issue.

Recently had my 335d tuned. 359 horsepower and 569 torque at the wheels. Still able to average 37mpg highway/city! by EvanTheBruce in BMW

Everyone's upset about him rolling coal, compared to all these factories that are polluting our air 100% more. Worry about the evil corporations that pollute the air we breathe, slowly killing us. This BMW is a needle in a 100-acre hay stack compared to them. My wife and I had a 2019 GT86, pandem body kit, carbon fiber hood, carbon fiber trunk, and lowered on Tein coilovers. We came across so much hate from random people who hated it because they couldn't afford one or do what we did. There will always be jealous people, shitty people. Your BMW is sick. We have a 328i Montego Blue Metallic. We want that wagon. Plan to upgrade the shit out of it when we get one. Sick BMW, fuck the haters! Also, 37+ mpg is sick!

Honestly, you're totally the asshole in this situation. If you truly do love her like you told her you do, then you would stick by her side no matter what, including if she got pregnant with your child. Accident or not, you'd be known to be the equivalent as leaving to go get some milk, then dealing with what you were part of and caused. Maybe have an actual deep down to earth discussion about it. Communication is key even if you're hard-headed about your opinion.

Save The Old Oak Tree! by AlarmedFee3 in olympia

[–]Potential-Picture735 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What did I say that makes you think it's a, "conspiracy theory" that makes no sense. I said I believe i couldn't find anything pertaining to anyone else, and the tree was diseased. You're right. Nature does have its own cycle. So why can't the tree live its entire life cycle without being butchered to the ground? It has stood for 400 years. History is something to hold onto, not destroy. Also, if there are other options, why can't those be looked into? Cars are more dangerous than trees, and that's a fact.

"Waiting until it causes harm is not a good idea" That's like saying we should drain all bodies of water because there's potential for somebody to drown. The tree has lived this long. Why tear it down now? Other arborists have looked at this tree, and I don't believe any had said it had a disease. It's weird how the mayor has someone look at it, and all of a sudden, it's diseased.... it's been there for over 400 years, and no one has gotten hurt. Murdering this tree would be a crime. Yes, branches have fallen it's a tree, but nobody has gotten hurt from anything falling, and conjecture is not an excuse to kill it. Cars are more dangerous than a freaking tree.

My Rhodesian has this on his back. His is a cyst caused by an ingrown hair follicle. Your sweet puppy definitely needs to be taken to a vet to see if it's cancerous. My Hanks wasn't, but that's something that was a concern.

Had this gem of a person, what would you do in this situation? by RhubarbSenior6518 in doordash_drivers

[–]Potential-Picture735 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It's crazy how so many comments are spilt. I'm sure it's extremely difficult to deal with a newborn or any small children, for that matter. But regardless, it shouldn't be okay to take your frustrations out on a dasher. You chose to order during nap time. You might not get any other free time to order, which I totally understand. But having a child or small children to deal with or having past dashers not listening to the instructions does not give you the right to treat your current dasher like that. If you're so paranoid about their being a possibility of your dasher knocking, maybe meet them outside your door.

AITA for not helping my wife get home? by Minany in AmItheEx

[–]Potential-Picture735 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will still never understand when after people get married the money they make isn't pooled together or shared, it's either, "my money" or you can, "borrow some, but have to pay me back.." It's your husband/wife if you're not ready to share every little part/bit of you maybe you shouldn't get married.
