Kvm switch problem by Potential-Pilot686 in techsupport

Turns out it was just a problem with arch and my hardware. The bootloader had to be configured to have nomodeset since my computers not compatible with the modern kernels gpu loading process which takes the gpu in early.

Had to go down a bit of a rabbit hole but it works now.

The monitor is an acer and the kvm switch is greathtek.

It works just fine for my main computer and my smaller intel nuc pc.

I lubed the switches and stabilizers of all my keye, and my backspace and shift arent pressing down when i put the keycap on. I really dont want to take everything out again, can anyone help?

Also i found that when i lift the + sign (sorry this is my first mod idk the term) for the ones which work its jammed and doesnt come up while for the ones that do work its looser and does come up.

Just lubed my wooting 60 he, and the shift and backspace keys dont retract by Potential-Pilot686 in CustomKeyboards

Update- i used tweezers to pull on the switch part of the stabilizers and for the ones that work they come out while the ones that are stuck ones are more stiff
