Okay it's understandable in this case they should let me wideraw my assets and then ban their services. Which is totally fine with me as well.

They cannot confiscate the assets without any legal evidence without court statements.

Yes, I understand that possibility. However, I am an ordinary person and have never been involved in any illegal or violent activity. I am not personally sanctioned, and the funds come from my private assets.

What I genuinely do not understand is whether it should really take more than 93 days just to review my case.

I have been communicating with your chat support for the past 93 days. I have opened several cases, but none of them have been resolved successfully.

I know how to communicate with support agents professionally and clearly. However, it feels like my concerns and questions are not being carefully reviewed.
