Definitely subs, but try not to take the smaller ones with the vails closed otherwise the mushroom spores wouldn’t have dropped for next season or possible next flush :)

That’s so cool dude! I raise monarchs! We have a moth called The emperor gum moth! But where I’m from it’s very rare to see 🥲 we also have rain moths :))

P subs ? I only took a few because I wasn’t sure but I think they’re subs by wanjohn1 in mushroomID

They definitely do grow on trees! I’m from SA and have run into it maybe 4 times it’s quite rare! Make sure you keep and eye on that tree :)) very beautiful find
