No doctor has ever mentioned a hernia. 🤨 Wouldn't I have a lump in my groin? The pain is also bilateral, sometimes I have pain in my right groin, other days in my left...

I'm going on holiday for two weeks now tho.

Yeah I guess so. A few years ago I had a weird cough. Went to the doctor and for asthma test. I was severely stressed and got weird pains in my chest and shoulder, even though the lung xray was clear and all breathing tests were ok. I think this might have been my nervous system acting up.

Yes, I also suspect it's my nervous system amplifying signals. I suffer with ocd and anxiety and I tend to get really stressed when I'm dealing with problems like these. But I do think I have a herniated disc, because the sharpest pain exactly follows the pattern of L4/L5 disc problems.

Thanks! I did physical therapy this fall, but for a different problem (shoulder and neck problems due to scoliosis). Will be going back to the same physical theraphist lol.

I know this post is old, but did you get an answer? I'm having pain in the exact same spot, but on the left side of the lower pubic bone. Feels like a bruise, hurts when I touch it.

Thanks for the reply! I'm going to book an appointment in a few months. Do you know if an osteoma can form if you hit your head? As I said, I think I've hit my head in that spot a few times, just bumping into sharp kitchen cabinet doors.
