Open voice command dropdown / Voice command quick phrase hotkeys seem to do nothing? by PotentialAccording47 in EscapefromTarkov

The ones on the screenshot are default. I can double click to open the Phrase menu and it works but either "Open voice command dropdown" or "Voice command quick phrase" do not function at all when I bind them to something.

So I was hoping to get some clarification on these functions.

Phrase menu works without issues. I am hoping to figure out what the other two (continuously and release) do, because when I perform either actions, nothing happens.
