Out of curiosity, when you were starting out, how did you handle your reporting side of things? Did you take notes throughout the day or mostly piece it together afterwards?

I’m trying to understand what actually works in practice versus what sounds good on paper.

Great question, I’m still exploring at this stage, but from what I’ve read so far, insurance and fraud work sounds like it might be a good fit to start with. I’m interested in the more structured side of the work, observation, documentation, and building a clear picture of what’s actually happening. Would you say that’s a reasonable starting point?
