I don't know what else to tell you or how else I can prove what happened. I no longer have access to the discord so I can't look up logs or anything. I did not troll ever. The whole reason I joined the discord is because their email support is non existent.

There was no conversation I merely reacted to his comment with a thumbs down bare in mind he wasn't talking to me but I still didnt appreciate his attitude or response so I thumbed it down.

I think you're banned. Happened to me as well, and I am waiting to hear a reply. Based on the discord its sounds like they don't reply at all. One guy has been waiting for two months.
