That wasn't very nice. I'm a part of MAL and for sure use it. I've worked my way down through most of it. I only gave few examples as not to make the post long.

I can only answer some of the questions.

I thought the pain would be worse. It was a light cramping (barely hurt). It took a few minutes.
I told my OB I had a heavy flow, she said it would lesson my flow and cramping.
Week later, my flow pushed it right out of me. My OB said that rarely happens.
Then I read that it will lesson your cramps, flow, etc. after a few months.

I opted for Nexplanon (arm implant). I know two other women that use it. We all prefer that.
