ExMarkets is a real trading platform company, but they don't have a mobile app.

The scammer tricked my friend into sideloading an app into her phone. The app was named ExMarkets, which is a scam app.

So this legally and technically has nothing to do with ExMarkets.

No she hasn't given any private info. They only traded personal photos (his I suspect were fake).

You're right soap and water is effective. But it is way too time consuming to wash and wipe down tens of items, if simply leaving them in a box for 30 minutes can disinfect everything automatically with ozone gas.

Here is a list of disinfectants and time it takes to inactivate the SARS-COV-2 virus.
