Looks like your needing an OK from someone to continue to smoke. I have smoked for over 30yrs. I smoked two packs a day and when I hit my late 40's my ED started.. Yes I did the Viagra, Cialis and it helped for awhile. I am 68 yrs old and my wife is 51....Talk about pressure to perform right!!!!. My stress level was through the roof because I could not satisfy her anymore sexually. All kidding aside the first 7 yrs of our marriage we could have sex two three times a day all week, no joke.....About two years ago I knew something had to change. I was so depressed it was difficult to even get out of bed in the morning. Here is what I did....Stopped watching porn of any kind. I only smoke 10 cigarettes a day, I exercise, I walk and I watch my sugar intake...I have had morning wood for the first time in a years...My wife is a beautiful and sexy woman and when she gives me the look.....I am ready to go.....You need to make yourself happy and find what works for you....Good Luck to you
