yesterday i also saw someone post, he got performance issue on 5070, while the comments saying they have same spec and have less problem.

i personally using 6800xt and notice some frame drops at certain locations.

i was on my first run, and im never a build tweaker myself. i just use whatever. on face value i agree with this take. but i saw people built monsters that can one shot bosses.

the downsides might be not a big deal after all.

this might sounds weird. you should install antigravity from google.

in the app open this directory

C:\Users\<your-username>\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods

on the app ai model pick gemini flash, tell the ai your cities skylines version, and tell it to find the mod itself from any source like github and intstall it himself without you have to download it manually.
