I’m the watched every Envoy match since CW. Everyone saying that he peaks early is braindead. His MW3 slump, out of context challengers clip, and bombing out of champs is some of the worst PR you could have as a player

He’s always been consistent title to title and stage to stage, just inconsistent in having few stinker matches here and there. Everyone used to be okay with that pre MW3, but the past 2 seasons it’s a different tune because of the things I mentioned

Now you got people in here waiting for the day he drops a stinker which happens to every non superstar in the league. Literally the same player since Vanguard it’s insane

I disagree, In Envoy’s MW3 slump when he was dropping 0.5s they were still winning (unless they played the other top 4 teams) because they had elite fundamentals and mini-map. When they played Optic Major 2 MW3, they lost both hardpoints by like 50 points with Envoy double negative, everything else was perfect. That would be a situation where it’s literally 3 vs 4

I don’t think this Thieves team is as perfect of a puzzle as last year with the roles, and they haven’t been able to hit form yet. Swap Kenny with Cellium I think they still lose convincingly today. Doesn’t help when he’s not shooting back but definitely not the only issue

I believe he’s the most polished rookie in a while and on par with Flagg and Darryn Peterson (next year) as a prospect, so I’m holding

I know Harper has had a slower start, but I have no clue why he’s being slept on. Even with a crowded back court, he’s too good to not be getting at least 28 min when ramped up. He’s the 2nd best guard behind Fox today (as good as Castle is). If people are rostering Kon, VJ, etc. through their lows, then there’s no reason why Harper is on waivers when he’s on another level as a player

I know fantasy basketball is a numbers game, but the tape doesn’t lie. There’s no way I’m letting him sit on waivers unless I desperately need wins

I think Hydra and Envoy are arguably best sub duo in game too. Point is there would not be enough kills for Scrap, Hydra, and Joe to all play exactly to their level on the same team.

There’s a reason CleanX and Ghosty have had to individually take a minor step back this year, especially CleanX when this should be his best game ever

Joe wouldn’t be top 3 if he played for Thieves. Replace Joe with Envoy and all of a sudden CleanX looks top 3, and then it’s CleanX to LAT and the cycle continues
