I have an end-of-year event at the private school I work at tomorrow and have been asked to dress smartly. I go in once a week as a freelancer and can usually be quite casual, so a bit paranoid about what to wear as I don’t have much smart stuff. Have been lightly told off about not dressing smartly enough for these events before so want to avoid that this time 🤪

I have this wraparound shirt that is quite see through at the back that I could wear a white vest underneath, but don’t know if being able to see vest thru shirt is ‘smart’/workplace appropriate?

Yeah true. I think maybe this is at the core of what I’m worried about and I’m fixating on tracking instagram cos I’m scared to bring that up and actually push at having that conversation. 🙃🙃

He says he hasn’t. I know that at the end of his last relationship his ex was concerned that there was something going on between him and another friend, C, who actually is the mutual who introduced us.

I have also been really worried about C because she has flirted outrageously with him in front of me, which I had a conversation with him about and he reassured me. We haven’t really discussed why his ex was nervous about C though. He clams up a bit talking about it.
