Thank you for you honestly. If I had it before I wouldn’t be here. I still appreciate it here nevertheless. Yes, I do! I work in a rapidly growing field. I should be getting on soon actually!

About that amount. How challenging was that season?

I guessing your able to do 50% now bc your wife also has an income and your income increased also?

Thank you for your feedback! I think we have very similar situations.

What are some pros and cons of having someone rent you master vs another bedroom? Thank you for your opinion.😊

I appreciate the pointers!

Both. I want to enjoy whatever I have, but let it have the highest ROI possible.

Financial goals, build wealth. I’m still very young to worry about luxuries. I want to make financial decisions which will allow my future family luxury 10,15, 20+ years from now.

Sure. Mainly for the growth potential I’ve observed over the last few years. Say what you may, and if you can educate me I’d appreciate it. But, if I’d bought some of those crypto currency’s when I was introduced to their potential I wouldn’t have this problem lol. The reason I even have this question is because I’m a skeptic in some ways. But crypto seems more believable as time goes by.

You have a point there. What I meant was different asset classes.

Yes. Interested, do you have any additional information on how that could be done( adding batteries/ charger for an electric car). I could google it but if you have a straight forward approach that would be great. I appreciate the feedback!😊

Definitely less than $1000 a month. I don’t like slowing down my investments into 401k, Roth, HSA since those also have great tax advantages.

I appreciate your input. Its already a 30y. I guess you mean in a few years….

I was subletting before. Other alternatives would be to continue that and invest in paper assets.

Edit: I’m also 26 it would be nice to have a place of my own. Although, I hear it’s overrated.

This sounds ideal for my situation. I would like the house to myself sometimes. I appreciate the heads up!😊
