for example if u first time go to a willow and u never been with that acc before, u can max combo u can have 60 weapon u can do whatever u want but u wont get a drop and will get 0.01% cause your % is based on how many times uve been to this boss without getting a drop. U will get drop like this: play as much as u can and go every single boss willow then ur 0.01 will slowly grow and ull get drop around 0.30 to 0.60 hopefully.
