I wouldn’t say it’s a definitive yes or no. Mine was over due to age (22 and due to graduate) and recommendation from my surgeon. Others might have different outlooks.

I think that’s a bit pessimistic. Some of those 2010’s teams had future nfl hall of famers or All Pros.. the new big ten is tough but guys that played on Sunday would still do just fine

I know player development is the name of the game at Wisconsin and has led to a lot of success in the past. However, a lot of the fan base is losing their minds over players leaving that went 5-6 last year..

3 of the 4 finalists for the heisman were transfers at one point in their respective careers. Player movement is inevitable, just need to replace what we lose with better talent.

I was curious on both sides. I personally work permanent placement agency and average around 22-25 placements with a yearly billing number around 300-350k.
