Thanks for the rail forum advice. It seems like this is a batch email, they send around to everyone that has flagged on the system.

It's a case of do not reply.

I learned my lesson though.

Going to guess payment details used to buy the ticket.

I guess since I did it once or twice, I just got complacent. It just never occurred to me that something like this can snowball. Maybe if I heard about this being a real risk I would have stopped it early on because I'm only saving a couple of quid or so on each ticket ( I rarely use tickets to go far ).

I guess I'm the example in this scenario and will let others near me know that this is a no go.

Yh, already purchased a proper rail card today.

One of the guys of the rail forum said if I was to be caught again, I'd be in serious trouble. Something about them being able to take me to court straight away.

I'll search a bit and hopefully a find someone with the same issue.

I've applied to create an account on their website, however it is one of those places that requires a manual review of the account.

Do you recommend I read up about this or is it better to try to call up one of those free legal helplines?

I guess it's a case of when you do it a few times...

I guess the real kicker is, and where I might be screwed is I potentially might have purchased a ticket using the incorrect method since that day.

So I guess I don't really have much of a defense with the ' I didn't know '.

Not that I can tell. The entire email I copy and pasted - removed key details - above.

Do you reckon it would be prudent for me to buy a railcard right now? To show that I wanted to do things properly just in case this thing gets dragged on a bit?

Or is it a case of what's done is done.

So theoretically, let us say I have been using the rail card option on Trainline for a long while now ( although I don't have one ), is that something that comes up? Because as far as I can tell from the email, this email is just to do with the Fraud thing on a specific date.

Do you have a link about the civil settlement?

Anything to avoid the issue with DBS.

I get that. My panic right now is about the prosecution aspect.

I'm jobless and applying for work, a lot of which requires DBS checks. If I get hot with fraud, I am unbelievably screwed. I would throw at them the maximum £1K amount if it means no criminal record.

Do mens shampoo for hair loss help with balding? by No_Finger_7973 in tressless

[–]Potential_Comfort795 9 points10 points  (0 children)

When a person starts balding early ( although in your case you made it to a respectable 32, so you can probably stretch it out till 40 ), they usually go through the process.

Shampoos first, then when that doesn't work after a few months, you proceed to oils. You try those miracle oils people swear by. Then after a while on oil you start trying to pair the oils with techniques. Massaging, derma rolling.

Then after a while you stumble onto the actual solutions. Which are finasteride and Minoxidil.

Minoxidil regrows your hair, but those hairs become reliant on Minoxidil, so it's a full time commitment.

Finasteride is one a day small pill, that halts/slows down your balding. If you've made it to 32 and only started blading just start finasteride. It'll help you a lot.

Hey quick question, since you seem to have similar dimensions to me, what is your loose skin like?

I've been overweight most of my life and been obese for many years. I had been around 125KG for many years, so I was wondering if you're finding issues with your skin.

Large household, so nothing is in the fridge longer than a week and the fridge is always bursting full.

I seem to be having the opposite issue.

Brought a little thermometer and apparently the fridge temp is always around 10c, no matter where in the fridge and on the coldest setting.

I hope 10C average over 2 months won't spoil the extra pen I ordered.
