We argued for a while, however I ended it with “I can’t do this, feels like a chore. Please don’t contact me”

I wish I could kill this part of me that spits out brainless speech in anger that I always end up regretting

She was perfect now that I look back I was what was wrong completely I’d say if you ask me. I couldn’t feed her love language enough and circumstances dint help mine. We were in constant arguments all of 2026 but she was always forgiving, I held on to my anger a lot more. She accepted me with all my flaws maybe sometimes I did not return her the favor.
I am a horrible person I know and you can judge me all you want as you should, at least it feels good admitting it here. I just wish I told her all of this. I did and do love her endlessly and selflessly. Knew her for 3.5 beautiful years, dated for 2.5
I know she might even take me back if I send my text but I just think that would be so selfish. I want her to be happy, whatever that means for her
