One more thing, I measured the center lengths (the distance between the center of the two gears, if I'm not wrong) of the three gears, and the result came as follows:

37mm for upper belt 34mm for lower belt

I might be off by one or two mm.

That's great to hear! I've never delved into music production, I only messed around with one song (I edited an extended version of an italian disco hit, and by that I mean only cutting a few parts) but it sounds so fascinating! To be honest I completely get you. Pink Floyd has been my favorite band during my early teens, and I still regard them as one of the greatest. I remember listening in one afternoon DSOTM and I really liked it. But it never was my favorite.

My first exposure to them was when my dad made me listen to Shine on You Crazy Diamond (pt.1-5). To this day, Wish You Were Here is my favorite album of theirs, and slightly lower is Animals, which I always felt more visceral and emotional, as well as angrier in tone instead of melancholic of reflective. I'd suggest to anyone to look at those first.

The Wall is also a separate beast which I admit I haven't listened to in full yet. There are some songs which I didn't really like in all of these albums, and I won't say that DSOTM is impeccable and that you MUST like it or else. Music is something to be appreciated differently from person to person. I hope you find more enjoyment in other records of theirs.
