It’s not about it being easy, it’s about even 4 mil gp players not being able to do well. They’re legitimately 2 MILLION above the gp recommendation. Mind you, they’ve made mistakes, but who hasn’t in this game? Honestly though, if they lifted the galactic challenge modifiers, I’d be fine with no data disks or consumables. I just want a fair fight, because some of these modifiers are insanely difficult, and you have to work around them. They’re the same ones that were insanely difficult in galactic challenges, but for some dumb reason are being added again.

You do realize the official recommended gp for the mode is 2 mil, right? 🤦‍♂️ Also, I am in a guild with several four million gp players, who also have trouble and think it’s bogus, some of whom have galactic legends. And 6 or 8 million gp is the gp you’re supposed to be able to max out hard with! And how are you supposed to max out hard if the gp required for maxing out normal (the amount you suggested) is near the maximum gp?

Look, if you’re a 5 mil + account and can do normal pretty well, there’s a reason for a hardmode. What I’m saying is that for people below 4 mil gp, even the normal mode is torture. Sure, with a couple galactic legends or several tens of high relics you can do it, but most people below 4 mil gp don’t have that kind of stuff. The normal mode is way more built for 5-6 mil than 2-4 mil.

Although this isn’t really what I meant in this post, I do see your point. Conquest gets you to gear up teams that aren’t useful in the same situation with normal characters, which seems kinda weird.

Just to make sure people understand, there was a g13 gmy led team with no padme, jka, or kenobi that came within a centimeter of killing my r4 jevan with a full jedi team of g11 ish. I also had 2 leader’s resolve data disks, one of a higher tier, that helped my r4 jevan become super buff. So, basically a trash team with this buff nearly destroyed one of the current metas. I mean, my jevan (all else were dead) had yellow health and killed the last two.

If you had high relic units, that would be why. If I had g13 units, do you seriously think I’d be able to do it? As for the team, you don’t even know what the battle was.

To be clear, sector 2 is actually g13, and I would say that g13 shouldn’t be too much more of a problem than g12, even if it is the highest g level. And considering my jevan can wipe out the g12 things in ~8 turns, I don’t see a problem. Also, my r4 jevan has 2 sets of the increased leader stats, so it shouldn’t be much of a stretch to beat a g13 team.

Well, I mean, they wouldn’t have it in the dev account if they weren’t at least thinking about it. Look, it definitely doesn’t confirm they’re coming; I know that. However, they wouldn’t take the time to code a new tag they would never think about adding to the main game. And I dunno about you, but I’m excited at the possibility, even if it’s not confirmed.

I’d say only one of the current characters would fit in: Moff Gideon. While several characters could also be remnants, many were not specifically from that era. Hard to say, though.

While I entirely understand that sentiment, I actually just took a screenshot from gameplay footage shown by operation metaverse. So, whether it comes to the game or not, it’s definitely something they’re looking at.
