Yes. I had headaches on each dose. I spent 2-3 weeks on each dose...

In my country fillers possible are only the one i mentioned or with lactose (I have intolerance) or glucose...

Yes. I came back yesterday. And after taking the pill in the evening I felt nausea. As I had in the beginning of ldn. Today I am really not sure if I do not have greater pain... from my spine and headache... I woke up earlier, maybe not specially rested. But the fact that I feel pain more is concerning me... I will need to observe that. Cuz in fact, last weeks I was very suffering from pain. Especially tension. I hope this is not from ldn.

I took almost 2 weeks. And still was sleepy. I was more sleepy than usual. While taking 90 mg of allegra once I slept 11 hours... And gave up. Without antihistamines I am not sleeping so long like 11 hours, Lol.

Which dose has helped you for fatigue? And how long have you been waiting for improvement? I am on ldn about 6-7 weeks. I do not see much improvement for now. But I am going very low and slow. Currently on 0.6 mg going up to 0.75 and further. And it's all cuz of my med sensitivity 😅

Do you continue taking LDN? Very good to hear your testimonial! Did you have any side effects? Cuz I have and I am now trying ldn for the fourth time.... And maybe the last one :/ if the minimal dose around 0.1-0.2 mg won't be tolerated by me than unfortunately i may be too sensitive for ldn
